Many people disliked the movie because new characters out of no where came without a good purpose. But some people really enjoyed it and they thought it was the best movie. These people may be a big fan of Captain America movies. In my opinion, the movie is a 7/10 becuase it was too long and the storyline was quite boring.

The fist quote "The WINTER SOLDIER is the best MCU film, but its sequel has a serious identity crisis" The second quote " I would give it 0/10 But had to settle for the lowest which was 1/10.
